We offer a 14 day guarantee on Quality , Manufacturer defects and Workmanship on all of our products* This starts the day you receive your order not the day you placed your order.If you feel you have received a defective item please send us an email ( sales@thehouseofvapor.com ) or send us a message through our contact us page so we can issue an RMA#. All emails and messages will be answered within 24-48hours.
Do not send any products back without an Rma# please.
Customers are required to cover all return shipping cost that must include delivery confirmation or signature required.
We will cover the cost for shipping item back to you.May take up to two weeks for out of stock items.
We are not responsible for lost packages once in the hands of U.S.P.S and tracking number shows Package as delivered.

Due to the nature of these products and for safety reasons some items are non refundable.

-E-Liquids. Opened bottles of E-liquid are non returnable. We re-stock and rotate our e-juice on a weekly basis
to ensure you will recieve a fresh bottle of E-juice every time.E-juice comes with a 2 year shelf life.Keep in a cool dry place away from sunlight to keep it fresh.
-Cartridges. Opened or used cartridges will not returned for health and safety reasons.
*Warranty
We offer the industry standard warranty on our products.
-Batteries , USb Passthroughs and Pcc. 14 day warranty on batteries from the day you recieved your package due to defects only.
-Atomizers. Atomizers are are considered consumables and carry a 14 day gurantee on workmanship.
-Low resistance Atomizers. No Gurantee on LR atomizers. Due to the extreme performance of the LR atomizers they do not come with a warranty.The expected shelf life is 2-4 weeks with average use.Do not use on high voltage device as they will decrease the life of the atomizer.
